So, I needed a forge and was not willing to pay what they were commanding so what do I do? Make one!
This was an old high pressure tank with thick walls and weighed a ton.
PERFECT !
I cut the ends off and drilled the top for the burners.
The burners were a bit pricey as the parts are all brass.
It flat out cranks out some heat! It is a double burner but I rarely need both to be lit.
I added fire brick once I saw the entire side turning red.
FYI... Tractor Supply.. YOU ROCK! Fire brick are just a few bucks there vs amazon.
It only took 2 minutes to get my last knife project red.
LOVE IT!
